Ingredients1 1/4 litres non-alcoholic apple cider.
2 cinnamon sticks.
6 cardamom pods, crushed.
MethodPlace a saucepan over medium-low heat and add apple cider, cinnamon and cardamom.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
Strain into a jug.
Serving
Serve hot.
