Asian Sweet and Sour Sauce

Asian Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
2 teaspoons cornstarch.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1/3 cup catsup.
2 tablespoons white vinegar.
1 tablespoon rice wine.
1 tablespoon soy sauce.
Method
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in a small pan.
Whisk in remaining ingredients until smooth.
Heat over medium heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low and cook and stir until sauce thickens.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
