Bolognaise Stuffed Cannelloni

Bolognaise Stuffed Cannelloni

Ingredients
3 cups of bolognaise sauce. Use our bolognaise sauce recipe here.
250 grams premade dried cannelloni tubes.
3 cups italian pasta sauce. Use our italian tomato pasta sauce recipe here.
300 grams shredded mozzarella cheese.

Method
Preheat an oven to 180C.
Grease one 3 litre capacity baking dish, or for individual serves to table, 4 ramekins of 3 cup capacity.
Gently heat the bolognasie sauce to make it easier to work with.
Stuff the tubes using a teaspoon.
Pour some of the italian tomato pasta sauce into the bottom of your choice of baking dishes.
Make the bottom row of cannelloni (3 for individual serves, half the tubes for the large baking dish), pour over half the remaining pasta sauce, top with another layer

of cannelloni and remaining sauce.
Top with the grated cheese, bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbling. Test tubes are cooked, return to oven if necessary.
Optionally, place the dishes under a griller to lightly brown the cheese.
