1/2 cup grated mozarella.
1/2 cup basil leaves.

<p><b>Ingredients</b><br />
2 premade pizza bases, about 250mm in size.<br />
2 cups sliced roasted vegetables.<br />
1 cup diced roast meat.<br />

1/2 cup basil leaves.<br />

1/4 cup rinsed capers.</p>
<p><b>Method</b><br />
Preheat the oven to 220C.<br />
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper, place 1 base on each.<br />
Spread the pesto out over the bases.<br />
In a bowl, combine the meat, vegetables, capers and cheese, toss well to distribute.<br />
Divide the mix between the 2 bases, spread it out evenly and top each with basil leaves.<br />
Cook for 10 minutes, then swap over the trays in the oven and bake for a further 5 minutes.<br />
Remove from ove, top with spinach.</p>
<p><b>Serving</b><br />
Allow spinach to wilt, slice and serve.</p>
