Fried Noodles With Garlic Beef

Fried Noodles With Garlic Beef
Serves 4

Ingredients
250 grams of rice vermicelli noodles.
2 tablespoons of peanut oil.
600 grams of lean beef mince.
1 tablespoon of sweet chilli sauce.
2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.
3 cloves of garlic, crushed.
1 medium carrot, halved and thinly sliced.
100 grams of snow peas.
1 onion, halved and finely sliced.
2 tablespoons of soy sauce to serve.

Method
Add noodles to a heat proof bowl and cover with boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes, then drain well and set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
Add onion and garlic and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add beef and cook until well browned.
Add vegetables and sauces, cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are just softening.
Stir through the noodles and extra soy sauce and heat through.
