Spiced Apricot Steaks

Spiced Apricot Steaks

Ingredients
4 lean beef steaks, about 200 grams each.
250 grams poached apricot halves, drained.
1/2 cup crushed pineapple.
1 1/2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger.
1 teaspoons cinnamon.
2 teaspoons soy sauce.
Method
Blend pineapple and apricots until smooth.
Add to a pan over low heat and add vinegar, cinnamon, soy and ground ginger.

Serving
After resting steaks, serve steaks with curried rice and steamed vegetables, top steak with spiced apricot mix.
